Bringing dessert for Easter? Here’s what to make

Hi friend,

So many ladies I know are bringing dessert this Easter, and I keep getting asked the same thing:

What should I make?

And of course I’m happy to share. So I pulled together my Easter dessert recommendations with lots of love in case you’re still deciding what to bring.

These are in order of my personal favorites, but honestly, you can’t go wrong. They’re all delicious, and the best choice is the one you’re most excited to make and share.

Here are 10 Easter desserts I’d recommend:

1. Carrot Cake Dessert Cups

This is probably my favorite because carrot cake just feels like Easter. I love these because you don’t need to frost a whole cake perfectly, they travel really well, and they feel extra special without being fussy. You can even skip the little carrot decoration and use chocolate carrots instead.

2. No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

Perfect for cheesecake lovers who do not want to deal with a cracked cheesecake. These are easy, pretty, and such a good no-bake option.

3. Chocolate Covered Deviled Strawberries

Since deviled eggs are such an Easter classic, this is a really fun dessert twist. They’re filled with a no-bake cheesecake filling and topped with chocolate and pistachios. So good.

4. Easter Magic Bars

My mom always makes these for Christmas, but they’re just as good for Easter. Just swap in Easter-colored M&M’s and you’ve got such a fun, easy dessert bar.

5. Robin’s Egg Cupcakes

These are adorable and people really do ooh and ahh over them. You can absolutely use boxed cake mix and a little food coloring to make them easier too.

6. Cannoli Pie

For the cannoli lovers, this one is over the top in the best way. It’s no-bake, creamy, and absolutely delicious.

7. Cookie Cups

These are so fun because you can dress them up with your favorite cookies and toppings, and suddenly it looks like you picked them up from a caterer.

8. Fruit and Chocolate Board

Sliced fruit and store-bought chocolate come together into something that looks beautiful and feels really effortless.

9. Spring Gluten-Free Vegan Brownies

A great option if you’re serving gluten-free or vegan guests and still want something that feels festive and delicious.

10. 9x13 Strawberry Shortcake

Instead of making individual shortcakes, this easy 9x13 version is moist, simple, and always a crowd favorite.
