Hi friend, If you’re hosting Easter and still need a few finishing touches, I wanted to send you everything I’m using to make Easter feel extra special this year before it’s too late to order what you need. These are the little things that make everything feel prettier, easier, and a bit more magical. The mimosa towerWe’ll be serving mimosas, and I love this because it looks so fancy without taking up much space on the counter. I’m tying a little blue ribbon on it, which is going to make it even cuter for Easter. And I can’t help myself... I’ll probably be adding a few cottontail-tinis to it too.
The appetizer setupFor apps, I’m pulling out my trusty deviled egg platter so nothing slides all over the place. If you’ve ever tried transporting or serving deviled eggs on a regular tray, you already know why this is worth it. I’m also using a piping tool because it makes the filling so much easier to add and makes the deviled eggs look so much prettier and more polished. I’m also making my charcuterie cups with these Amazon cups and adding fun labels from Avery to make them feel extra special and personalized. [LINK: Deviled Egg Platter] [LINK: Piping Tool] The main meal tableI ordered a beautiful table runner because I’m doing a blue Easter theme this year, and it’s setting the tone for the whole table. I’m also using this large round platter for the mains since I’m making both lamb and ham to keep everyone happy. And make sure you’re following along on Instagram, because I’ll be sharing my full Easter table setting there as soon as it’s done. [LINK: Blue Table Runner] Dessert, of courseYou know I had to do dessert cups. I’m making my carrot cake cups and strawberry shortcake cups, and they are such an easy way to make dessert feel festive and special. The strawberry shortcake cups aren’t written up as a full recipe yet, but you can absolutely make them: And one little thing that makes dessert cups so much easier and prettier is a piping tool. It helps you add the whipped cream neatly and gives everything a more finished look without much extra effort. Easy, pretty, and perfect for Easter.
I hope this helps you grab what you need before it’s too late. I hope your Easter feels magical, special, and full of those little touches that make everyone feel loved. And if you’re still figuring out dessert, don’t worry — I’m sending a full Easter dessert lineup tomorrow, followed by my entire Easter menu on Thursday. Happy Easter, |
